Please feel free to contact an Accel financial counselor for immediate help with any financial questions. Accel financial counselors, all of which are certified and have at least a bachelor's degree, are available Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST. Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sat from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A free appointment can be scheduled for members with questions or concerns that need additional time on the phone, or require a worksheet and action plan.
