CheckRight is a web-based checking account management education module designed to teach members how to manage a checking account. Use CheckRight for potential or current members who are looking to open a checking account for the first time or who have had difficulty handling an account in the past. Among other things, CheckRight will help members learn how to: 

• Open an account 
• Write checks 
• Make deposits
• Maintain a check register 
• Reconcile an account 
• Create a spending plan

CheckRight is a self-study program that allows users to learn at their own pace. Once the member has read through the chapters, he/she will be directed to a quiz that will test his/her knowledge on checking accounts. The member will be able to view the results and have the option to send the results to the credit union via e-mail. A pre-designated contact at the credit union will receive the e-mail, which will include the member’s first and last name, the date the quiz was taken, and the quiz results. The credit union can use this information how they wish.
